The Lifecyle of a Plan
The Lifecyle of a Plan is the first training session the Support Coordinator Network offered to our members when we started in September of 2021. We have always offered it free of charge when presenting it to a group Zoom session and some request to do it as a part of our affordable one-on-one coaching and supervision packages.
We consider this training to be foundational to all aspects of Support Coordination, which is why we are so keen to get it out to as many Support Coordinators in Australia as possible. A provider who follows the guidelines in this training will be able to keep on track with each participant's plan spending, needs, changes, and will be prepared for the unexpected in a much greater way than someone who does not have this training to fall back on.
We have often heard it said that a participant who is better prepared for their plan review will achieve more of what they need and want in their next plan. This training will make you the Support Coordinator who ensures peak preparation is achieved resulting in best outcomes, a happy participant and a strong reputation in the sector.
