Better Hiring Practices is a three session course which focusses on common areas of concern for employers in small business, and especially in the Disability and Aged Care sectors. We explain the value of beginning with a foundation of realistic expectations, how to do that effectively and where to go from there.

- How to do a great staff induction
- The staff handbook and how to use it
